Location: relocated to Texas | Hannity played this on his show a while back. He just shook his head and was speechless when it was over, shrugged his shoulders and finally said "Does that sound like what is happening today?" I always loved Paul Harvey. |

Location: Bastrop, Texas | He was so eloquent. He had the best radio voice. His grammar was perfect and he was blessed with a real gift and unique style. Seldom was he wrong. I loved his "Rest of the story" fables. I wish I could listen to him every day. |

Location: Kansas | I'll never forget when Paul Harvey told the story of why Willie Shoemaker was called "The Shoe". You'd think the obvious reason was because his name was Shoemaker, right? Turns out he was a premature baby born at home. As a makeshift incubator this little boy was placed in a shoebox and then in the barely warm oven to save his life. And now you know the rest of the story. |
