I have been appointed to the coordinators position over a club for high school students in our state. With this position comes the job of finding people to serve as judges at our local and state competitions. I have contacted at least 200 people and only about 50 have responded to my request. I face booked some, emailed some and other I text or called and left messages. I have emailed all the teachers in my region which is 117 and do you know that only 5 have responded. I just don't understand how they could be so disrespectful as to not even reply. At least they could have replied and said don't bother me I am teaching. If every teacher who will be attending the competition would bring one person to help judge we would have more than enough. What more can I do.
I know when we get to the competition all these teachers are going to be in the headquarters giving me all kind of advice but no one wants to step up and help.

I did not know that I thought when you messages someone they got it like as if friends. How to I get them to know they have a message in the other box?

try adding them as a friend and re-sending the message maybe?
