Have ordered a lot from there and always received my pkg in 5 days or less........but never did get any shipping emails........I always called, rather than use the online order form. I'm sure if you give Carolyn a call, you will get answers right away.......she has been awesome to work with

She was out of town at a HUGE Tack Event. Just call her and she will make sure if they haven't been shipped yet they will be that day. I talked with her this week and she told me my 3rd Martin Saddle I have gotten from her will be at my house Monday.

yes she does. Remember when ordering anything, if you need it asap sometimes it is best to call to check inventory and expited shipping options
