Location: Where ever there's sunshine! | I just moved to Far East North Carolina and I'm looking for someone to send my gelding to. He's currently in fl with my folks. I bought him off the track in October and will be sending him to get a handle shortly. After that I want to send him to a trainer relatively close so that I can go work with them and learn also. No, I'm not new I'm just not ready to do it myself and don't want to make any mistakes with this horse. Plus I would love to learn some other styles of training, tuning, and riding in general. Does anyone know of anyone in this part of the states? |

| Brandon Owen or Joe Wayne Healthcott both in Newbern, Tennessee are great at putting a handle on a horse. |

| Johnny Woodard is in Laurel Hill, NC and starts every one of my colts. Puts a GREAT handle and awesome foundation on them.
Also would recommend Leslie Ramsdell of Valentine Farm in Dunn, NC.
Brock & Leisha Griffith (Double G Horsemanship maybe?) of Denton, NC. |

Location: USA | Pee Wee Wheasnat of Morganton, NC does Roping training and some cutting (I think) and puts very GOOD foundation training on them all the people around where I live LOVE the horses he trains. Message me if you'd like to contact him. They all have GREAT stops and all back up really nicely but he also goes out on trails with them not just arena work all the time. |
