Alright, I am working on getting information for a new supplement that I want to get going through work.  I want to compound an all in one supplement for my own horse and going to see if we can get interest in it as a personalized supplement where people can pick and choose what they want (ex: joint, hoof/coat, ulcer meds etc.) and I have been doing a little research on some of the top supplements and what the common denomiator ingredients are but want to hear from all of you.  So for gut side I know I want omeprazole and sodium bicarbonate was thinging adding some probiotics would be benificial as well?  Hoof health I can really only think of needing biotin (any others ya'll always want to see in a hoof supplement?)  Joint I was thinking cetyl myristoleate, glucosamine, chondriotin...any others you love and always look for in the active ingredients?  These were the big ones I want touched on for my own horse.  What are some must have supplements other than these that you always give and what are the active ingredients that are advertised in them?

Omeprazole needs to be buffered, bicarbonate I believe is a banned substance on the track, not sure on wpra rules. Bicarbonate can change the blood ph. Omeprazole also can affect the absorption of other meds.

The things I like to give my horses depending on their needs

Collagen hydrosalate
Glucosamine
Probiotics
Papaya puréed
Apple cider vinegar

We've had great feedback off of the omeprazole that we've sent out so seems to be doing the trick with the formula the pharmacist is using, was not aware of that on the track which wouldnt affect me but will definitely check WPRA rulebook.  Thanks for the input!
