| Do NOT order anything from Master Saddlery! They gave me the WORST buying experience I've ever had when it comes to getting a brand new saddle from them, even after paying them in full when ordering. They say 6-8 weeks for a custom saddle, but a roughout saddle with very little tooling turned into 12-14 weeks with excuse after excuse as to why the saddle had not been finished. When I ordered the saddle, I got a breastcollar too. I ordered the saddle and breast collar Sept. 29 and got the saddle in 2 weeks ago and I am STILL waiting on the breastcollar! They say they will call you back but never do. My breastcollar was supposed to be finished 2 weeks ago and I still have not gotten it. The absolute worst service I've ever gotten! If I knew then, what I know now I would have never ordered from them. Please do not make the same mistake. Has anyone else had an experience like this with them? | |
