We moved to our new home at the end of July '13. We had Centurly Link for internet, Direct TV, and Verizon wireless. All bundled on our Century Link bill. When we moved, apparently they were going through employee and management changes, thus the "transfer" of our services turned into them canceling the account, and starting a new one (lucky us).  Didn't sound to complicated. Fast foward until now... I've called Century Link probably 15 times trying to resolve the issues we are having. We are getting billed for the old account and new account every month. The old account is being billed for Verizon and Internet. The new account is being billed consistently for the internet and every now and again, the Direct TV. We were finally credited back, last month, for 5 months worth of double paying on the internet. I was assured that it was finally all taken care of, the other bill would be obsolete. The new bill would have proper "bundling" accounts. SURPRISE. We just received two more bills. One with internet and Verizon (old account), one with only internet (new account), and NO Direct TV (no account?).

Has anyone had issues with the whole bundling thing? Or problems with transferring the services? I think I may be better off "un"bundling....

Century Link is a disappointing company from my stand point with the last 5 years. You need to go up a few levels in management /customer service probably to get the change accounted for.

Dont get me started, in August I decided to switch to Centrilink. I was paying Hughsnet, Dishnetwork, and had no landline phone. Figured I'd save money to bundle with them. So I called set up an account and set up a date to have them install the phone line to my house, no previous phone connection. They were suppose to come out two weeks later. Well here I sit in January no phone line numerous calls, by the way I hate their automated services, each call being about 30 mins long with being transfered from department to department. I received three bills for $200 each, this without a phone line connection to my house. Finally got all the charges credited to my account and was promised to have service by the end of January. Well with three days left in the month I don't think it's gonna happen. No one has contacted me since the last time I called them in December. At this point its not gonna happen I'm reconnecting to Hughsnet.
