We priced a pre-fab barn and then we priced buying our own materials and building the barn ourselves. It was cheaper for us to shop our own materials and build our own.

Hmm, that's good to know!
I just don't know if I would be able to do that lol! I'm not the best at building things.

Is that an Affordable Barn? I'm looking at having a four stall built when we move in the summer. How much did you pay with installion?
it is an affordable barn............and if i remember right the barn was around the 30 thou mark.........plus you have ground prep and wiring(which they dont do, the wiring was 2500 and the ground work was a flat of beer..lol)
i priced out ufa and some others and they were close but i still went with the affordable barn as there was no screwing around...it was done in 3 days and it would have been 2 but we got snowed on......i ordered it at the cfr and they were at my place on the 15 dec..........i would recommend them to anybody
