| Psalm 34:11-14 Come, you children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the Lord. Who is the man who desires life, and loves many days, that he may see good? Keep your tongue from evil, and your lips from speaking decet. Depart from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.

God wants us, His children, to honor and repect Him. When you honor and respect the Lord, you are more likely to listen to His voice. But God encourages us to do more than just listen to His voice. He calls us to obedience and to action! Remember the words of James, "But be doers of the word and not hearers only 1:22
Will you draw near to the Lord and hear His voice? He is in tune to the cries of a broken heart.
David knew this truth well. "Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, and uphole me by Your generous Spirit. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, a broken and contrite heart, these, O God, You will not despise Psalm 51:10, 12, 17
The question is, does your heart break over the thing that break the very heart of God? As our hearts break, God promises to be close to us, bringing us His peace and protection.
Do you need God today? You should, and you always will. Admit it. Tell God you need Him and thank Him for being there. You will need to remember this truth throughout your life. The Bible does not promise a Christian a life free from struggle. But it does promise that God will always be with you. He will be present in the easy timea as well as the difficult times.
FOR IT IS WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE.
FATHER, I NEED YOU. GUIDE ME TO DO ALL THINGS TO BRING GLORY AND HONOR TO YOU.
