I wouldn't use it. I ordered a box full (25 tubes) of de wormer from Dover saddlery because it was on sale. The UPS guy must not have knocked or I was busy giving the kids a bath because I never heard him. It was about 30 below that night and I found the box the next am. Dover agreed to replace it :)

Dewormers are chemicals. I wouldn't think being frozen would affect their effectiveness. I just did a search on it and can't really find anything about freezing. They do say the heat will destroy the dewormer. Like letting it sit in a hot car or PU.

I have a bunch of boxes of Quest Plus in the house waiting to be given to my horses. I'm quoting from the box STORAGE Store at or blow 77F. Avoid freezing. If frozen, thaw completely before use. Store partially-used syringes with the cap tightly secured.

Just one more thought - can you give Quest Plus to pregnant mares? It says....Safety has not been evaluated in breeding and pregnant animals. So that's a no?

I have. I just wait until they are at least 90 days in foal.
