Location: GODS country | PP is very expensive and feeding it to more than 1 or 2 horses really adds up! Does anyone feed something comparable to PP? They are all on an oat/alfalfa pellet mix with very good hay and a flake of alfalfa if I have it. |

Location: Texas | If you are just talking about the Platinum Performance Equine regular and not the CJ (joint), then SmartPak has a product that is almost identical to Platinum Performance Equine for a little cheaper per day:

| I would go to SmartPaks website and print off their supplement comparison chart and then compare the ones they offer (more than their brand too) with PP. |

Location: 31 lengths farms | I saw in a catalog that Exceed 6 way compared itself favorably to the PPCJ... haven't used either. I have used the PP but it was just too costly for horses especially with the added cost of the herbs for CC. |

What products are you feeding? I see they have Equine Octane for a vit/min supplement. |

I too feed both. 3 different horses. I really like both products. The platinum seems a little more palatable to my picky one. But my other 2 are on THE I love the results on both of them. |

Location: God's country...aka TEXAS | I use Oxymax for the direct replacement to platinum cj. It has vit/min and lung support, joint support and ulcer prevention for fore and hind gut. I also use their bleeder stop for my bleeder and he no longer needs lasix. I also use the Take No Prisoners for advanced joint support for my older barrel horse. Keeps him feeling good. I also LOVE their pre race pastes such as jailbreak, focus, rush, O2 and oxy silver. They are all natural and are replacements for drugs (ventipulmin, dex, banamine etc.) |

THIS ^^^
I feed PP products daily and I will not change. My farrier noticed a difference, my competition noticed a difference, and I LOVE what they have done for both my older mare (13yo) and filly (3 yo). IMO there is no comparison. |

Location: North Dakota | I'm actually going to be switching my horses from PP CJ to T.H.E. Muscle Mass (custom blend). They both like the flavor of the T.H.E. better than PP CJ, which is a no-brainer for me because the T.HE. is cheaper!

| I liked them both. Both put on a nice shine. Saw no difference in performance. So I'm running on THE products because of the cost. Custom blend!! I love it. |
