Ugh, how awful.

Our barn burned down when I was a kid and it was horrible. Luckily we didn't have any horses in the barn at the time, but we lost our sweet milk cow with 2 calves, and my Border Collie dog with her 9 puppies, as well as a lifetime worth of tack, a winters worth of hay, and more. It was horrible. I've thought a lot about it and I think I would rather lose my house than my barn.
