Am I the only one really really excited for Valentines Day?? It may be because I get to go home from college...but I'm just ready to be home with my country man and have some fun And just simply be with him and at home in my neck of the woods! What are you all doing this Valentines Day?

I know I'm excited for V-Day!! That's probably because I'm going to a barrel race that weekend though and me + my husband are going to try out our living quarters trailer for the first time. I'm hoping everything goes smoothly lol.

When I was younger we learned the real story behind Valentines day which isn't a very pretty one BUT, I still can't seem to help liking Valentines day, I don't get flowers or chocolates usually but I like going to a nice dinner.

Good luck with the new living quarters, that's exciting! Lol. And yea, I think I learned about the true meaning behind Valentines Day awhile ago and it wasn't very pleasant but I can't exactly remember what happened?? Lol.

V-Day is my least favorite holiday. I hate flowers and chocolate, and it doesn't help that I'm single but I'm super excited for this V-Day. My friend owns our local bar and she is going to host a "prom". She is serving Prime Rib/Shrimp and fettucini. There will be a dj playing music and best of all, we can dress up!! Super excited to be putting on my old prom dresses. Its gonna be so much fun.

I normally just stay in and watch some movies. I've been single for about 8 years so its almost a tradition for me to stay in. I'm 30 and I wish I could go back to being 21. :) This is the first time in a long time that I've been this excited for this day. Maybe it's just because I can still fit into my prom dresses. lol. Either way, its going to be fun dressing up and dancing the night away with everyone.

I'd act totally oblivious to it, but I'm not very good at lying so that probably wouldn't work. Lol. And that's really exciting!! Hope you all have fun on Valentines Day! I'm not totally sure what we're gonna do? I thought about just making dinner and maybe going out on a razor ride or riding around in the truck and having some cuddle time. I'm a sap. I wanted to get this WV made wine near where I live right now during college, it's White Locust flavored and delicious but I'm not 21 yet -_- anyone live in WV and wanna buy it for me?!

I'm just going to go buy myself some flowers. Scrap the chocolate, who needs to eat that. Actually quite excited to go pick out some flowers, going to do it early, tomorrow night cause it's 15% off at the grocery store.

The boyfriend and I are getting massages. We go monthly anyways, so this isn't anything new. But it will be nice to avoid the hassle of dinner and stuff in the city. We don't really celebrate holidays and give gifts.

We're going barrel racing for Valentines day! Poor hubby. We don't really ever do much though, because our daughters birthday is the 15th. She's turning 5 this year. I don't like the thought of her waking up at papa or grammas on her birthday, just so we can have a night out. We can go out any other night if need be. So Valentines day will be a bit of driving, hopefully a clean run, and In&Out for our tastebuds.

Matt and I probably won't get to see each other on Valentine's Day because its a Friday and my youngest brother plays basketball 85 miles south of here and I'm going to watch him. Guessing Matt will drive down Saturday morning and hopefully it is nice enough outside to go horse shopping on Saturday! We have a couple prospects picked out but think we probably should actually ride them first LOL.

He is hoping I'll buy him new boots for V-Day because he needs to replace his bareback riding boots, but I haven't found a great deal on suitable ones so I'm still shopping. I am hoping he DOESN'T get me flowers or chocolate because I don't really like either of them. Shoot I don't even know what I WOULD like. I am terrible to shop for.
