This was posted on my facebook and curious to see if you have heard any info and can validate it maybe. Yes it is snopes, but looking online in Alberta, I did find a few canadian doctors discussing stimulating mitochondrian in hopes to phagocytize cancer cells. You have more access to research and I hope you can shed some light.http://www.snopes.com/politics/medical/cancercure.asp

So I now have found a lot of good info on this and it appears to be true. Wish someone would take this up with extensive research and get it ou there. I have a lab with tumors that I would love to try. http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2012/08/04/dca-a...

The Ameican Cancer Society list this drug DCA on the treatment opion list. However it only cites a 2009 study.http://m.cancer.org/treatment/treatmentsandsideeffects/complementaryandalternativemedicine/pharmacologicalandbiologicaltreatment/dichloroacetate--dca- This drug is listed as extensilvely used for metabolic disorders with rare side effects of numbness and gait. Maybe the anti-cancer dose would be higher with more risks, don't know and info is limited. I personally would be seeking a clinical trial.
