We finally got some rain here in Northern CA starting on Thursday. On Friday an older woman came thru the doors, as she opened the door I hear her yell to two young cattle ranchers who were standing outside in the rain "GET out of the rain !"good naturedly. One of them says "It feels so good though Hazel, thought we'd enjoy it a little.." Hazel turns and says "Well get out of it so no drops miss the ground!!!"
They hustled to the over hang!!! LOL!!

Yes indeed. Crazy dry, we are suppose to get several inches over the next few days, hopefully put some water in those creeks, ponds and lakes. I'm already hating it, the weather I mean, but praying we will get some grass and feed not to mention water out of it...

Since CA is dry must be the reason we are too. The jet stream isn't bringing moisture our way at all. Last year was horrible and its not improving over the winter. If we get some snow pack I at least know I'll have hay to cut. So far its not looking good. So if CA starts getting rain would you please send it my way?
