Location: Missouri		Well I heard back from Brian, ARTS program it is $800.00 for program then another $250 it you want to be able to upload to website and something else! It is a great program but too costly for a new small organization! sigh...........

Location: Baden, PA		I think your best bet would be set up an Excel Spreadsheet.  Once you learn it and figure out how to enter formulas, you can do almost the same thing as te ARTS program for pennies on the dollar.
