Anyone have any suggestions on systems to monitor your broodmares? I was looking at some wireless security camera systems, does anyone use those?
Are they pretty easy to set up and connect to the internet so I can view the mares from my phone if needed.
I mainly want to be able to view them from a monitor in my bedroom. This getting up and going outside all night is getting old already. Being able to view from my phone or tablet would just be a bonus.
We have a system from Riverwind Supply. They have both wired and wireless systems. We have the wireless and they work great. Saves a lot of trips to the barn and well worth the money.

Mare stare is good but you stil need a camera and what not.
I suggest UNIDEN We use it for our mares and it sgreat you can view it from your phone any where, and it comes with a 6X 6 monitor.

I just ordered a Uniden system:)
How hard was it to set up to veiw on your phone? Is the picture OK or would it be better to view it on a tablet?

Any update on how the Uniden brand works? I have a metal barn and its a little ways from the house with not a strait view it has a few trees. Would this system still work?
