What are some good makers of the custom photo style conchos? I know Graham Equine does them, but I don't have 3 months to wait on a set. LOL I just need something pretty simple.
There's probably somebody on here that makes them but I just googled "photo conchos" when I was looking at having some made and a couple that I came across are Razzle Tack and Deuces Wild Tack. I'm sure there are several more though. There is also a lady I'm friends with on FB that donated some conchos to a breast cancer benefit ride. Her company is Double M Running Tack. Hope that gives ya a start on your search! :)

RD Creations on Facebook does them at very reasonable prices with quick turnarounds usually. I ordered some from her in October of 2012 for a gift and they were a big hit. Tell her Melanie sent you :)
