| I have two and love them, the seats fit about 1/2 size bigger than the pozzi, they are made great. |

Location: Midwest | How do you feel they compare to other brands? I ride in a 14" in the Circle Y's and the Billy cook I have... I'm curious if the fit will be the same. A 14.5 is too big, so I'm having to sell my Billy Cook. |

Location: Under The Big Sky Of Texas | I dont know about the Double J Pro but in the Pozzi's I ordered the same size seat that I rode in my other saddles. I rode in a 14.5 in my Martha Josey, Martins so just ordered the same in the Pozzi.  |

They are my favourite saddles by far, double j stands behind their product and i like that. |

Ok thanks Roxie! I was looking at the Pozzi's too, but I found a screamin deal on a racer... so I'm considering that one.
I like a deep seat, also. ETA: but I also like a close feel. LOL

I would like to, but as far as I know any dealers are extremely far. The shop selling the one I am considering does take returns, so I may just order it and hope for the best. I am going to do some more looking tonight, but I need to get something soon. I'm pretty sure if I don't start working him, my gelding is going to drop a foal soon LOL |

Location: Idahome | I had a Pro in the past and loved it, but had to sell it. I am looking into getting a Pozzi because it sits you a little deeper than the Pro. When I talked with JJ they said that the Pro ride a 1/2 size bigger than the seat. So, I had a 14 and it rode like a 14 1/2. |

I had a Pro in the past and loved it, but had to sell it. I am looking into getting a Pozzi because it sits you a little deeper than the Pro. When I talked with JJ they said that the Pro ride a 1/2 size bigger than the seat. So, I had a 14 and it rode like a 14 1/2.
makes sense. I wish I could find one to sit in, sigh.
Honestly I think I probably would be okay in a 14"... but now I'm not sure.... I will have to think on this.
It's a plain jane saddle but appears to be well made.
How are these on resale? Similar to the pozzi? |

Location: Phoenix | I had a plain jane model...hated it. The biothane stirrup "leathers" are a joke, and a screw came loose on the front concho and never really was able to screw it back in.
Not a fan. I'd say it fit true to size, and the tall horn was nice. |

| I have 3 pro's I ride in. I like them but have sat in other saddles that are more comfortable. I love the slone saddles and cactus are very comfortable too. |

| Double J Pro have more thigh room... Still have a deep seat IMO. I ride in pozzis and they have great resell value. I'm sure the pro does too. Also, everything at double j is hand made. Which is nice. I've been to the shop and they really work hard to make their products nice and durable! I wouldn't ever hesitate to but anything from double j. |
