Location: Nevada | In two weeks my hubby, 3 year old daughter, Lillian, and I will be moving to Smith, NV. I was wondering if anyone lives near Smith and what there is to do down there? Barrel races? Daycare? Preschools? Anything? Thanks in advance |

Location: BFE, Idaho | Never heard of it but looked it up, it is between Reno and Carson City right? I would think Reno area would have a bunch and you are not that far from CA.
That is a long ways from the Nevada I am by.

| I grew up about 20 minutes from there just on the other side of the border into California. Smith Valley was our major rival in high school sports. It is an absolutely beautiful valley and I am so jealous!!! I sure do miss home. It is a pretty small town, don't know much about daycares or preschools, but I imagine there are a few, but not many to choose from. I know Nevada's job market isn't great right now.  There is quite a bit of barrel racing within an hour of there. I know they recently put up an arena right there in Smith, but that has been since I moved away and not sure what all is held there. Good luck to you, and like I said, so jealous!
