Location: North Dakota		Did you check craig's list? especially in the more popular barrel racing areas like around TX, OK, AR since that's where shiloh saddles are made. Also check Brn4d.com, tacktrader.com, facebook sites - start typing in the search used saddles and a few sites pop up, this site of course, I thought I seen a 14" Shiloh saddle for sale on here a few days ago. Good luck! 
I love Shiloh saddles they seem to sell fast!
