Do you have Pandora? There's a thing on Pinterest that has a whole list of different workout stations, depending on your style. My personal favorite is Rap Strength Training.

Pandora

Anything heavy metal. The heavier the better. Nothing gets you in the mood to workout like a little Godsmack and I'll text you the title. lol

Another Pandora vote.  I listen to the "dance cardio radio " station when I run.

If I'm at the gym is listen to Pandora... If I'm at my "home gym" I pop a mix tape CD in of whatever I can't get out of my head.  I don't really have certain type of music that gets me in the mood... if I like the song I'll get moving regardless if it's slow and sad or something upbeat.

Sexy and I Know It – Maroon 5, Christina Aguilera, LMFAO, Flo Rida, Pitbull.

Pop and Hip Hop Power Workout – Usher, The Wanted, Beyonce, Black Eyed Peas.

Hard Rock Strength Training - Disturbed, Trapt, Evanescence, Linkin Park, Three Day Grace.

Rap Strength Training - Eminem, Fort Minor, Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Wiz Khalifa.

Pop Fitness - Maroon 5, Flo Rida, Carly Rae Jepsen, Kelly Clarkson.

I think it costs data unless you're on wifi. Also, you can only listen to Pandora for around 40 (not sure the actual number) hours a month for free. My husband found that out when he was in the Army.

On Pandora I listen to Flo Rida, Pitbull, and Buckcherry, and  Hard Rock workout (more for weights than cardio)...  Love Pandora!  You can look on Pinterest, they have a pin of a bunch of different workout stations on Pandora that fits your style.

I switch between three stations on pandora-katy perry (what I have on right now), christian contemporary, and randy houser.  It all depends on the mood I am in and what I feel I need to listen to that day.

PS-the Katy Perry station ticked me off today.  More slow songs tha normal and friggin 2 Bruno Mars songs.  I cannot stand to listen to that guy...

Thanks for the suggestion. I love the new station on pandora that were mentioned!....When I looked it up I found that you need to "unlike" that band 3X for it stay out of your rotation. Unfortunaly I must've been doing it wrong because I could not get Adele off of my stations. I love her songs, but in moderation. They would play her songs 2-4 times on certain channels. I think it is fixed now, but it took a few months.
