Location: Oklahoma | Is anyone else having issues with the sure? I have a one month subscription that I just got I literally have not watched a single video. It lets me log in onto my main page but when I click on videos it tells me I have to subscribe and it won't let me click on anything else not even the support icon. Anyone? Anyone know how I can get a hold of support since it won't let me click on it. Lol |

Location: Arkansas | I had the exact same problem. Never got a resolution. I just chalked it up to lesson learned. It is disappointing because I love the idea of the site. I got tired of trying and seeing the "you gotta subscribe, yo!" 20 bucks down the drain. Let me know if you get it to work for you. |

Location: South Dakota | I had some problems as well, about a month ago...after contacting them, after several efforts, they got it fixed, and also gave me a extra month for the hassle..
They were helpful, but one needs to be persistant.. |

If you're having trouble with the site, just call me. Every now and the site will for some reason not connect the payment to the user. I think someone already posted my office number, but you can also PM me for my cell. I also check my email constantly, and if you email info@trainingbarrelhorses.com, I can get it fixed for you.
