Ours has been dropping but we still have about 20% (1000 gal tank) left so was going to wait til summer if we can. Course, it's snowing here AGAIN today and supposed to be almost 40 today. :( We're in IN.

Location: MI | I feel your pain. Propane SUCKS. My boyfriend has only had natural gas and this is his first propane experience-he's not impressed to say the least I grew up with it so kind of knew what to expect, but I didn't think it'd be THIS bad. Note to self, this next year we're doing one of the price lock in programs. We're trying to get natural gas down our road which would be amazing.
Anyway, congrats on the bonus! |

Location: LaBelle, Florida | At least you get to use the propane you paid for.
We use propane for our hot water heater and stove. Just had some put in our own tank only to have a leak discovered AFTER he pur 400.00 worth in it. The tank was ours, came off a farm and we have been using it for about 9 years with no problem.
The return valve was snapped off, was not an issue until now. Means no way to get the liquid out to fix the tank.
Ended up having to burn off 400.00 worth of propane for safety issues.
We went ahead and had the propane company bring a tank for us to rent. Said they would give us a break since they ahd to burn off the defective tank. NOT.
Just got the bill and they did not give us any kind of break on it. |
