I am contemplating trying this, tried several things and just can't get any results. I am wanting to hear from people on here who have actually used it and the good or bad

Here's my take on any of those type of products as I have tried a few...if you are dedicated and can stick to their plan, yes they work.

Some it does some it doesn't. It's really popular here. Everyone and their brother's cousin's sister sells it. The ones I've seen it work best for are the ones who started watching what they eat and exercising the same time. My mother's doctor said not to take it but I forgot why.

Look into Advocare's 24-day challenge.  Once you do that then stay on the MNS supplements.   One of the guy's I work with lost over 60 lbs doing Advocare.  My boyfriend lost about 40 lbs on it.

I'd love to try it, but it just seems so dang expensive.

I tried Advocare.. couldn't stand the taste of their drinks.

The Pro's - If you drink the water, it works. It curved my sweets and breads cravings. I simply had less of an appetite and could not finish the same meals as before. I have been able to keep the lost weight off for over 90+ days now - without any supplement.

The Con's - Taste (not great but I can choke it down), Price (CRAZY at +$3/day).

I need to start another round of the drink....but I'm not looking forward to it!

I have not tried any of the other plans so I can't give you a comparison.

Plexus is not just about losing weight...it's about getting healthy.

PLEXUS PRODUCTS;

BREAST CHECK KIT- 2 micro thin layers of polyurethane with a nontoxic lubricant sealed in between. It used to check your breast for lumps monthly. When using you can detect a lump the size of a grain of salt!

BODY CREAM - Body cream was originally known as Dr. Spencer’s Breast Cream but a few ingredients were updated and its now called body cream! The main ingredient in this cream is a very powerful stain of Spirulina Algae. The cream was originally made to detoxify the breast and prevent cysts from forming. It’s also used for rashes, eczema, blisters, burns, scars, skin tags, or anything else to do with the skin.

PLEXUS SLIM - was launched in late 2009! Plexus Slim is simply a powder, similar to a crystal lite pack that you mix with your water. It was originally in the form of a thick syrup and was put in a type 2 diabetic study. During the study different benefits were noticed and that’s when the product was changed to a power form, which is what we have now! No stimulants or caffeine added and it should be used 1-2 times daily!

ACCELERATOR - Our company had a very high success rate with slim but like always they wanted better! In January 2011 our original accelerator was introduced. It does exactly what it says, accelerates weight loss! In November 2013, our new and improved accelerator+ was introduced! Accelerator comes in a flexible dose. There are 60 half strength capsules in a bottle. 1 capsule = ½ dose, 2 capsules= full dose. Our accelerator does contain natural caffeine and if anyone is on any medication or has serious health issues, you should of course get approval from your doctor or pharmacist before taking it. The accelerator is not for everyone.

PRO BIO 5 - provides Relief from typical Candida symptoms (anxiety, recurring irritability, lethargy, allergies, acne, dry/flaky skin, migraines, and so forth) See Pro Bio 5 in the resource center for information on the non scientific test you can do to see if you have Candida yeast.

BIO CLEANSE - A GENTLE cleanser that helps detoxify and cleanse, energize, enhance weight loss, and relieve constipation. NOT A LAXATIVE.

PLEXUS 96- A protein shake for on the go! Only 96 calories, Contains more than 20 vitamins and minerals, & Delivers high-quality whey protein isolate and concentrate to help build lean muscle and fuel the body's needs. Vanilla flavored! Can be mixed with water or milk. Available in Vanilla (and chocolate coming soon!)

X- FACTOR - A turbocharged multivitamin and antioxidant supplement with a never-before-seen formulation of a patented aloe blend, New Zealand Blackcurrant, and vitamins and minerals—all of which results in vastly improved absorption and assimilation for optimal nutrition and wellness protection.

FAST RELIEF CREAM - used for fast, temporary relief of pain. Helps the body to reduce pain quickly. (cannot use if you have a shellfish allergy)

FAST RELIEF CAPSULES - Used to reduce pain on long-term basis, you will want to take the fast relief capsules day after day. With use, you will notice the pain becoming less and less. (cannot use if you have a shellfish allergy)

FAST RELIEF NERVE HEALTH SUPPORT - provide symptomatic relief while promoting the regeneration of damaged nerves by stimulating the body to create Nerve Growth Factor

Also this is my moms own personal testimony:
My mom went to the doctor last week for her check-up. Her CHOLESTEROL HAS DROPPED 23 POINTS since starting PLEXUS! She is also completely off her sleeping pills (had to have them to even go tosleep) and is sleeping soundly, she is also down to 1/2 of a water pill every other day from 1 every day (she is the hoover dam)!!! HER DOCTOR WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH HER RESULTS, HE IS NOW GOING TO CHECK PLEXUS OUT FOR HIMSELF!!!!!

I used Plexus for about 6 months. I did the Slim, Accelerator, Bio Cleanse and Pro bio religiously for about that time period. I did not notice much weight loss on the scales, maybe 5 lbs. However, EVERYONE said I looked like I had lost inches, and I think I did. The issues I had were I got tired of the pink drink (Slim), and secondly, it is SOO expensive. I still use the bio-cleanse to help with keeping things on the move, but I can get a script for phentermine for $5 and get the same results faster.

I went on it in September of 2013 and it helped me lose 17 lbs by November. It helped me curb my appetite, which in turn helped me make better food choices. I recently went off of it because I wasn't seeing a difference since November and its way way too expensive to take it and not see results. I was drinking half my body weight in water, eating clean, and nothing.

They say to add all these different products to help with the weight loss and if your not careful it can add up pretty quickly.  In my opinion there are better probiotics and "cleansers" on the market that are cheaper and more effective...at least for me.

It worked for me. I have lost 50 lbs on it. But what is even better is the health benefits. My daughter has no more acid reflux. My friend and my Mom have no more IBS.  Blood sugar under control, knees feel better  and my riding is better. I love being an Ambassador I get the product cheaper and I make extra money. If you have any questions feel free to PM me.

I'm probably going to get flamed but people that sell any of this stuff, Plexus, Herbalife, Zeal etc. . . they are going to religiously promote it because when they recruit you and others, theirs is paid for. Unless you sell it too and get yours paid for, then it's incredibly expensive to do any of these on a daily basis and use all the recommended products. Even prescription pills are a temporary solution--as soon as you get off of them, you'll become a hoover vacuum and inhale everything you see (no lie). The only REAL way to lose weight and maintain it is to eat healthy, in proportion, and exercise. Simple. Yet, I can't seem to make myself do it!! Lol. But it's true.

This is not true!  I sell it for my cost and never ask you to become a distributor unless you approach me about it.. I also never approach anyone to sell it, I let them approach me!  It is NOT about money for me, it is about getting healthy!

My personal testimony on Plexus is this:  I haven't lost any weight yet, but I will take this for as long as it is humanly possible for the following reasons.  1) It has healed my depression, 2) It gives me the energy to get off the couch and so something.  I have ridden and ran barrels my whole life, and my horses are my life.. I used to have to force myselft to ride.. now I can't wait to get home from work to go get on, 3) I have gone from sleeping 2 hours a night while on sleeping pills to sleeping 8 hours a night off sleeping pills, 4)  I have an autoimmune liver disease that causes all the above mentioned issues and also causes other autoimmune issues such as exzema.  I had developed exzema so bad on my legs, I had sores everywhere and would not dare wear shorts in public.  I had gotten several prescriptions from my doctor from special lotions to steriod creams to try to heal it.. nothing worked.  Plexus HEALED IT!

This product does amazing things for your body at the cellular level, it literally heals you from the inside out.

I think that yes, there are people out there who will promote the product just for money because they sell it. But i have seen many people who are truly passionate about plexus and the results. I know people who honestly want to share the possitive influence that it has made on their lives. It isnt always about money, to some people yes, but not everyone who sells it.

yes plexus may seem to be expensive but when I started I cut out sodas and other cravings. So in realty I was spending as much or even a litlle less a month. I feel so much better when I am drinking the slim, I don't have the cravings, I sleep better at night and my joints do not hurt near as bad. Also I do not have the sugar highs and lows like I was having. If taken correctly it helps you start the lifestyle change of eating heathly by cuttin gout the carbs and sugars!

I have been taking plexus slim and the accelator for almost a month and I have gained weight and inches (going the wrong direction)LOL. So I called my up line and she had me do the spit test, which I failed. She suggested I take the Probio5 and the biocleanse it should be here Monday. I will let you know how my journey goes. Praying it works.

Please give it more than 30 days.  There are several things that could slow your results.  A very important factor is water consumption, you MUST drink half of your body weight in ounces of water a day.  So if you weigh 200#, you need to drink 100oz of water a day.  If you have candidia overgrowth, that will slow weight loss and you will need to add Bio Cleanse and Probio 5 to kill it.  If you have any internal issues that the Plexus must correct first, your weightloss will come last, so please don't quit after 30 days if you don't have the exact results you think you should have.  Plexus is not just about weightloss, its about being healthy!

I tried another product before the Plexus.  It made me moody and you lost weight at first but after using it for a time, it didnt work.  Plexus makes you feel great, no mood swings, no jitters and you will lose weight.  I take it with the Accelerator.  I became an ambassador for them because I believe in the product and it works as it claims.

SoonerLawyer - 2014-02-25 8:53 AM I'm probably going to get flamed but people that sell any of this stuff, Plexus, Herbalife, Zeal etc. . . they are going to religiously promote it because when they recruit you and others, theirs is paid for.
 Amen amen amen!

Not all people who sell it are forcing it on people to make money.. see my previous post.  Also people selling Plexus are no different than people selling BOT, Animal Element, 707.... ect.  They are selling a product for profit.  And they all say their products work the best!

I am not on the product nor do I sell it. However, there are two women whom I see regularly at races who use it (vis my seeing posts on FB) and they both have lost a bunch. One is younger 25ish and the other 40ish. As a bystander I am going to continue to watch them.   If this was the boost they needed and then they incorporate a healthy life style,  I say go for it.  I do know that healthy eating and exercise are the way to go, but if this helps motivate you, then try it.

I agree with this. You can easily use your own natural remidies such as olong tea, vitamins, minerals, and eat healthy. Plus being active. I think the best thing I have ever done is keep a food/activity log, recording not only what I ate and what i did but the way it affected my weight and sense of well being. Because of that I have been able to figure out what seems to help me stay at a treasonable weight and feel better.

I have always been able to drop weight easy up to the past 2 years, I think age has alot to do with it and I put on 25 pounds from 125 to 150 , so I decided to try and find something to get a jump start and keep me motivated, I do exercise, I have a bow flex tread climber that I use at least 3 times a week and I ride at least 5 days out of the week so I am not depending solely on a miracle fix but if it can help get the process going it's great and just 4 days into this I feel better have lost some so now I am motivated to loose that 25 lbs

Are you just doing the drink? Once or twice a day? Are you taking any of their other excelarator products? I've tried it and found the drink so sweet. But might have to try again.
Congrats.

I lost 6 lbs in a week. I was taking the pink drink once and doing the green bottle vitamins in the morning and the Pro Bio 5 at night. I do well if I remember the drink...but don't really like it so I haven't been real consistent with that part after the first couple weeks. It really helps to drink a lot of water, something that you should do anyways and something that I am TERRIBLE at. I just don't get thirsty. I wait until I get a headache and feel icky and decide I better get a drink. Trying to be better about that.

I tried Plexus and lost 5# quick and then kind of hit a plateau as my eating habits werent good - I am a big fast food eater.
Then I decided I wanted to change my lifestyle as so many healthy problems run in my family, I work out with a trainer 3 days a week before work and I try to walk 2 days a week in addition to riding 4 days a week
I eat 1500 calories daily (I add calories back in if I burn them working out)
- I track with my Fitness Pal
I try to eat minimum bread, minimum sugar, and I dont do a whole lot of dairy - it doesnt mean I dont eat those things but I try to only have 1 of each thing daily
Weight loss should be slow and steady and you need to build muscle as it increases your metabolism.
I have lost 10# in 6 weeks and I am getting ripped too - I still have about 15# more that I want to lose but I am making a lifestyle change - not just dieting to get it off

No plex did not work for me. First I was sold the drink and the accelerator, only lost 2 lbs in 30days. Then they decided I had candida and need to take some proBio 5. Have finish this all up still no extra energy or weight loss. So now I am in the 7 percent that it does not work. Ha ha

Weighed in today dropped another pound this week, I am happy, coming off a pound or two a week, so I am up to 8 lbs in six weeks. My size 7 jeans are feeling so much better, I am not just stuffed in them now. Working on getting into my size 5's that I have a closet full of. Plexus slim is working for me.

Not true, I sell zeal because I love the product!! I've been on it for a year and there have been months I don't get mine free and guess what, I buy it for myself because that's how much we love it!!  I don't push people to sign up, some do and some don't!!

True, but the way my clothes are fitting and seeing myself in the mirror, I am going to say my scale is pretty darn close :)

Not only am I losing weight this stuff has changed the way I sleep, I use to have a hard time going to sleep and waking up on and off thru the night, I go to sleep so much easier and I don't wake up till morning, that is worth drinking it even if I wasn't losing weight.

Have you changed your diet.

Could you please pm me if you are not comfortable posting it.

I would like to see a what you would eat through the entire day before the plexus and while on the plexus.

Do you feel full with the plexus, I am interested, but would like to hear more about your experience.

Thanks
Cheryl

Before Plexus I ate some fast food, my husband likes to eat so whatever I fixed him for supper I would eat... Fried... Chicken fried steak, French fries, etc. wasn't big on soft drinks but did drink some, not a big sweet eater either but still had it and I love sweet tea, I work during the day and I have always tried to eat a lite lunch

When I started Plexus I decided that it can't be a miracle cure, so the day I started I gave up sweet tea and what few soft drinks I would drink, no bread, no fast food, nothing with sugar and the Plexus helped me not crave any sugar.....I eat a salad or a can of healthy choice soup or something healthy like a chicken breast sandwich with just half the bun for lunch, and I usually eat what I cook at nite for my husband if it's baked not fried or just a small portion of whatever.

I do take the accelerator with the plexus so I think that helps me not feel so hungry and kinda kills some of my appetite
