Location: East Tennessee but who knows?! | Thought I would share my blog to give some insight..... So often we have pre-concieved notions about people. Some of the qualities that I admire most in people are good work ethics and practicality and being down to earth. These folks have those qualities and it makes me happy to see them in a bid for the American.

Location: East Tennessee but who knows?! | Those two families are great folks and the world needs to know the real story of who they are and why they are loved by many. They have something all the glitz and glamour and money in the world can never buy and that's not something you see every day. |

| As we speak, the pattern will be slightly smaller than a standard pattern - probably more like the pattern in the coliseum at the BBR finals. We will be staking the pattern tomorrow, so should know more then.. |

Location: Southeast Louisiana | Wow! That was a great read. I'm officially a Clint Sherlin fan now. I was impressed with how humble he appeared on his tv interview. I think that's what the American is all about. A talented rider without the big bucks getting a shot a big payday. I'd love to see a guy like that be able to buy a brand new LQ! |

Location: East Tennessee but who knows?! | Curious thing....Just saw where my blog/ article was plagiarized word for word by Jack Slayton with the Daily Post Athenian. Clint deserved an interview by someone willing to get to know him, not some cheap copy/paste. |

I would totally contact them, and let them know that isn't cool at all! |

I have! Just bought the paper to see the whole thing. The sad part is the copy/paste that they used explained who the article was about. They didn't even bother doing their own research. I'd about bet $$$ that the rest is a combination of copy/pastes of other articles. That's just disrespectful on so many levels to the subject and to the people they steal from. |

Have to wonder how many people don't get that you wrote this?
I became a fan of Clint's when I saw his interview and when I saw him ride. |

It's easy to write about such great (and fun) folks! Clint is truly a natural with his balance and his timing. And I've seen him & Joel turn a lot of extremely tough horses around. Pretty much a local legend and very uncommon around here. |

Hi Corky - Is there going to be an alley? A really short one? We're trying to figure out the set up.
I listened to an interview with Clint, what a great guy. I would love for someone that's trained their horse and really needs the $$$ to win this thing. There's so many that really deserve it. What an awesome opportunity! |

You can't help but pull for June. Sabrina is riding one she bought thru the horse sale (cheap) off it's papers when he didn't cut it at the racetrack.... She's made a heckof a horse out of him. |
