Location: Randolph, Utah | I think I'll bake some chicken, rice and veggies.
For the chicken I get shredded Parmesan cheese, Italian dressing mix, garlic salt mix together and put on top of the chicken, bake and broil at the end.
So yummy! |

Location: SW North Dakota | Here's the recipe. For the gravy, I take the cream of chicken soup and put a little milk in it to thin it out some. Just depends on how runny you want it. I also don't sprinkle with bread crumbs. And make sure your chicken is cooled off a little before you add it to the cream cheese mixture...otherwise it gets way too runny. It's really good.
CHICKEN PUFFS
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
3 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. milk
4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Mix cream cheese, butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and mix well. Place crescent rolls in 4 squares on a greased cookie sheet. Spoon chicken mixture onto each. Bring the 4 corners of each crescent roll together and twist. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve with cream of chicken soup as gravy.

| Not a clue for tonight but last night I made burger patties, put sliced cheese inside the burger, seasoned and grilled. Toasted the buns with butter in a black skillet and spread on sour cream. Topped the burgers with fresh pico de gallo, a bit of salsa, and some olives. One of the best burgers I ever made. |

I do too, believe me!! I don't mind cooking at all, but I HATE trying to figure out something to make!
You want to know what question bothers me even more though? Every night as we dish up supper, my SO will ask me "So, what do you call this?" I don't know WHY it drives me crazy, but I just want to club him... It's chicken, what's it look like!?!? |

Location: 100 miles from Nowhere, AR | Tonight I made chicken spaghetti with sweet peppers, onion, garlic, mushrooms, olives, canned garlic tomatoes, and chicken cooked in an olive oil/red wine vinegar/wine base with basil and oregano and sprinkled with feta and Parmesan cheese. Good Lord, it was good. I didn't follow a recipe, just threw in a bunch of stuff that sounded good. In fact, I accidentally opened the wrong side of the dried garlic and dumped a whole pile of it in the pan, but it turned out good anyway. |

How do you make your Spaetzle?
I just make fried cheese noodles and call it spaetzle :) My German grandmother taught me, she probably knew I could never manage the real thing. I cook fettuccine, then sauté it in butter with onion. I add Swiss cheese and let it melt and brown some. I'd die for my grandmas real spaetzle, but this was always my second favorite :)
Also, I promise we're not morbidly obese. I can see how some would assume so based on his menu! Lol! |
