I ordered an otter box from amazon and it is lost in shipping. I even called our local postmaster and gave her the tracking number and she couldn't find it. My original tracking estimate said I was suppose to have received it Thursday Feb 27. Where on Amazon do I go to find out what happened? All my tracking informations stops at St. Paul, mn. Can someone help me? Thanks

If you go to the Amazon website, at the top click on "Help". On the next page there is an option "Where's my stuff?". Click on that. If none of those choice match what's going on, at the bottom on the left is a "Contact Us" button that you can send Amazon a message. If your package says it's being delivered Fed-Ex smart post it will be coming in the mail from St. Paul. The weather could have fouled things up but if you don't have it tomorrow, I would message Amazon.

Amazon is shipping the pkg by USPS. I hope weather is the problem. Postmaster in our town was surprised when tracking showed it took a trip into Wis. thanks
