I had a last-minute job oppurtuinty pop-up for a front desk coordinator at a high-end hair salon pop up today.

I have no clue what to wear! lol. I'm assuming regular interview clothes would be appropriate ? Nice dress pants, nice top ?

Most high-end salons that I've been to have a flair about them, including personnel. I'm pretty conservative so I would wear a classic outfit with some added flair in shoes or accessories. Going conservative with just a touch of flair is safe, you can always add flair and fashion later. JMO

Have you been in the salon? What was everyone wearing?  I would go from there and bump it up a notch, it's always better to be overdressed rather than underdressed.
If you haven't been before, I'd go with nice dress pants with a jacket, or a nice dress with a jacket.  It is a salon so do something interesting-but not over the top or distracting-with your hair.  Fresh coat of nail polish, a nude or pastel color.
It's a high-end salon, so think professional.  You would be the first face potential clients would see.  Make them want to book an appointment! :)
Good luck!
