I can't always add water to help supplements stick, so what is a good feed that is already somewhat "sticky" so that a powder will adhere to it?

I'm used to dry pelleted feeds, but I've switched up my program and will only need a handful or two of feed as a carrier! I do use wetted down hay pellets when I can but sometimes that doesn't work.

I'm thinking maybe a sweet cob? or maybe a textured feed? or ?

I would think a cheap sweet feed would work. Anything coated in molasses.

I add supplements to wetted Alfalfa pellets.  It is the cheapest and your not feeding sugar.

I wish I had a sink in the garage where I make feed too!!  I'd use beet pulp shreds in a hearbeat over sweet feed.  The only reason I have any bagged feed anymore is to stick their vitamin to, or to add fat to one who needs some extra fat.  There's really nothing sticky enough to hold supplements except a sweet feed, or added water.
