yeap, i use paint. its nice and simple.

hit resize, select by percentage, and i usually do 75 or 50 percent depending on how large the photo was to begin with.

This resizer works like the old XP resizer that Microsoft deleted in Windows 7 works on 32-64 bit computers ...

Until you get familiar with the sizes you can change with it ... download your pictures into a Folder and then make you a RESIZED SUB-FOLDER and copy the ones you want to resize into it. This way your original download will remain in case you screw up ... lol ...

You can resize a bunch of photo's all at one time ...
