Location: ohio-in my own little world with pretty ponies :) | Ok so I saw on Pinterest a bra size calculator. The article said that most woman are wearing the wrong size bra so I thought I would do it. I measured 29" under my bust and 31" around my bust. I put in the info and it told me to get a 28C!!!! Whaaatt?! It is no secrete that I could possibly pass for a young boy with my lack of lady lumps. How is this possible?! Is this thing a joke?! |

| Most women are wearing to small of bra and don't realize it. Your bra size also will change with your weight and age. I always thought I was a 34D when actually I am a 32DD. I needed a larger cup(wider) and smaller band. If I were you I would definitely try it if I were you, you may be surprised!

 Can You Hear Me Now?
Location: When you hit the middle of nowhere .. Keep driving | It's true a lot of people do wear the wrong size. I worked in a head office for a high end swim and lingerie company and we carried up to size KK. I was shocked when I first sized myself I thought I was a big c cup but fit a 34DD like a glove; but it does look and feel better. If you saw a 28c you realize how tiny it is. The fabric on a c cup differs based on band size so there is a lot less then a 34-36 C. When fitting you need to have the part in between the breasts lay flat against your breast bone and be able to have a finger or two fit under the elastic. If you have a boutique near you that offers sizing I would go to be sure. Most of the girls at Victoria secret or other stores don't have the proper training. A stigma in today's society is a c or d is huge but in reality more people are that then you think and a lot more are bigger but companies get you because they only make small size runs. Straps are just for positioning and minor support. You shouldn't have the indents on your shoulders like a lot of people do |

Location: When you hit the middle of nowhere .. Keep driving | They are around. As I said before if you have a boutique they are the best place to start. Companies like the little bra company, Fit Fully Yours, Stephanie Johnson, and if I remember right Blush make those sizes. Out of them all fit fully yours is the best bra for your $$. IMO. You may have to get them to order that size in but they should still make and carry that size. Little bra company is for a specific type of breast we found and not many were comfortable in that, the other two are ok but I found blush's quality not as great. Online stores may have them but going to one is the best. Also every bra fits differently so trying is the best way. I have also seen them at winners/marshals in Canada don't know about over in the US. Target? Places where they sell excess bras because of the stigma companies don't make as many or places don't stock them.

| Well, I finally went to get a new bra and found I was wearing *2* cup sizes too small!!! For years and years (and a few more years) I've worn the same cup size, but I bet for at least 15 of those years and years I've needed a bigger cup size and didn't realize it since I've been buying online for that long. I can say absolutely that the right cup size makes a difference in the comfort of the bra. |

Location: MD | Go to Victorias Secret and they'll measure you and size you with limited awkward-ness. I also have never heard of a 28 in bra size. I don't understand why bras are so confusing I'm ready to cut mine off and buy fake ones so they stay the same dang size all the time. |

Location: ohio-in my own little world with pretty ponies :) | We have no good stores around here except we have Victoria's Secret and target. Everyone makes fun of me bc I'm wearing a 32B which is what Victoria's Secret sized me at a couple years ago but I really think I need a tighter band and the cup isn't too big or too small but I feel like it's not right. But everyone says I'm crazy for wearing that because there is no way my boobs are big enough. They are very confusing!!!

I just showed their video for an example. They do a great job explaining fit. Although I love their bras as well. Everyday wear and super comfy for a decent price. |

Location: South Georgia | So many people wear the wrong size, that it is unbelievable. I dont consider myself to have a huge chest, by any means, but I wear a 34DDD. The band size is snug and supportive, so thats correct. The cups hold my stuff in. If I go to any different cup size, I pour over. |

Location: Winds-A-Blowen, Oklahoma | A 28?! heck I wear a 32B and that is hard enough to find. Most of the time I have to special order these from JCPenney. I picked up some 34Bs at JCPenneys on sale, I was so excited about getting $30-$40 bras for $12, HA not a deal they kept riding up and cutting my lil breast in half. JCPenny has a Jr department that carries smaller sizes, but the shoulder straps were not long enough for me. (I'm 5'9" big shouldered long legs and arms and no bust.) |

I have never even seen a size 28! Where would I get one?
With a 28 if it's too tight start on the outside biggest closure and as you wash and wear it over time the fabric and elastic stretches and move into the next clip in etc. you will get more wear out of one that way. |

Location: Texas! | I was fitted by the VS ladies in Chicago and I was wearing 34C at the time, NOPE 34DD and it was like WOW! This is what it's supposed to be like! I lost some weight and am down to just a D now but NO WAY could I go back to a C. I know a lady who has some BIG OL BITTIES and she wears a DD and I know she is way way way too small but people just think DD is for big boobs when really they should be in custom sizes for that big. |

The Resident Destroyer of Liberal Logic
Location: PNW | Before having kids, I was an A cup on a really excellent day (when there's not much gravity?) I was wearing a 36 band size.
Then I got educated by a very nice lady at a La Perla boutique and Oh. My. Gawd.
Turns out... Your shoulder straps, should NOT be what is supporting the girls, they are just there to keep the cups against your skin. The BAND is what is supposed to hold the ladies up - who knew.
She sized me as a 32DDD - yes, THREE. And wow what a difference. It was a bit uncomfortable for the first few days just because I was not used to having a band that actually fit and was snug, but now - I could never go back. Granted, part of my DDD came from having kids and doing the boob thing... But whoa, never again will I complain about my shoulders aching - BECAUSE THEY SHOULDNT IF YOUR BRA FITS RIGHT!!!
If you don't have a boutique that you can go to, I would find a nordstrom's or a VS or SOMEWHERE to get fitted.
Good luck! |

Location: Off to a barrel race... | I was employed with VS for almost 3 years and we do have adequate taining if you are an employee that is zoned for that area. They specialize all of us for the areas we fit best. You can also try what is called a "sister size", it is a similiar fit but in a different size, as the cup volume is the same. A sister size is up in the band and down in the cup, for example if you are sized at a 32C you can try on a 34B. Hopefully this will help some of you! Any questions you are welcome to PM me! |

Location: North Dakota | I thought I was a 34C for a long time but I could tell it was not fitting right anymore so I went to a 34D and some bras in that size fit great while others do not. I may need to go up to a DD cup but smaller band. I am by no means a huge chested woman either. It is crazy how much a bra can change your look and confidence. |

Location: ohio-in my own little world with pretty ponies :) | I'm just going to go into VS and tell them what the calculator said and see what they can do. I haven't been measured by them in a couple years and I think I've grown a tad(or I'm just hoping) LOL. I was that girl thinking I was just going to wake up with some big nice knockers and nope....it never happened. |
