I neeed some help! I am wanting to possibly purchase a Bayou West Barrel Pad and I need to hear some experiences with them. What do you like/dislike?

I like them, but they are a 'harder' pad if that makes sense so I only use them on certain horses.

I have two.  I really like it on the one horse (she actually is ridden in a LM).  I went with a different pad with the new saddle I got and I like it a little better.  I have my other one under a martin but it is on my small horse and she really needs a smaller pad.  Also, I think the martin would fit her better with a different pad too.  I may sell the second one.

Overall, I am a fan.  And I agree, it is a harder pad but I like it.

 It's a harder pad, but I like ours.  It's my favorite after the 5 Star.
