I wake up in the middle of the night almost every night because my arms have fallen asleep. It does not matter where I sleep or what kind of mattress it is.
My arms do not hurt while they are asleep but once I am up and moving for the day both my arms and upper back/shoulder blades kill me.
Would the BOT shirt help this at all or is there something else I can try? This not sleeping throuhg the night is getting old fast!!

I will just add to what Ace said. You have carpal tunnel. I don't know anything but surgery to help this. It wil get worse as the years go by. I finally gave in and had surgery.

If it's not very bad, they have braces you can wear when you sleep.. has helped my moms tremendously.. but I an too stubborn to use them, I can't sleep in them. So instead of pushing through until I adjust, I just get numb arms in the night.

My hands do not bother me at all. Would this still be carpal tunnel?

Probably so. It sure wouldn't hurt to see a doctor and see what they say. I waited about 15 years before doing anything. And as I remember it wasn't in my hands at first.
