Location: Where Governor's make the liscense plates		  my friends lesson horse has swelling in his girth area he hasn't been ride in over a week and no new girth has been used. I was wondering if he could have pigeon fever or if it's too cold?

Location: Texas		Never to cold for pigeon fever where we live in central Texas. The only case we had was in January!

Location: Where Governor's make the liscense plates		 we're in Illinois but when I was reading about it, it said usually.happens summer to fall time So I wasn't sure. Thanks for your input he wasn't wanting to go much more than a walk today but he typically is lazy just a little more today he's so hairy I didn't see any puss or anything.
