  Location: My own little world :) | On the paleo diet what can you expect? If you follow it exactly do you lose weight pretty fast? And on average how much have you all lost? I'm just super frustrated with my weight and have been thinking paleo is a good option. Thanks. |

| Been back on it for a week my only cheat, is coffee creamer. Just had 2 boiled eggs, made becon in microwave. Yum yum. |

| Made pork tenderloin on grill, with a salad, and sweet potato. I got them for 3.99 at my local store they where dated for the day i bought them, grilled with sweet baby rays raspberry chipote. |

| I eat paleo. I lost almost 50 pounds when we started about 3 years ago. I could lose another 15 but not quite motivated enough to trim my intake down like I would need to. Paleo for me now is more about eating healthier, taking responsibility for my health, no processed foods, no chemicals. I lost the initial 50 in about 8 months.

Yes use unsweetned canned coconut milk stirred up and in refrig. it ia amazing |
