On the paleo diet what can you expect? If you follow it exactly do you lose weight pretty fast? And on average how much have you all lost? I'm just super frustrated with my weight and have been thinking paleo is a good option. Thanks.

I eat paleo.  I lost almost 50 pounds when we started about 3 years ago.  I could lose another 15 but not quite motivated enough to trim my intake down like I would need to.  Paleo for me now is more about eating healthier, taking responsibility for my health,  no processed foods, no chemicals.   I lost the initial 50 in about 8 months.

First and foremost it isnt a diet. it is a healthy way of eating. when you remove the processed junk out of your diet your body will start normalizing
