Well thanks! I do love me some PW. I think her humor comes across better in her books than her show, but I love the setting of the show. I could dream about living on that ranch all day, even if it meant cooking for 6 people. Or 15 or however many ranch hands/family/friends she cooks for on a regular basis :) |

If that isn't a perfect hook, I don't know what is. Yumm I plan on making this during the storm tomorrow! |

I know! I have such a girl-crush on her! I'm glad I'm not the only who thinks her humor doesn't come out as much on the TV screen as it does on her blog/cookbooks! I would cook for everyone all day long (okay, not really) if I had her kitchen! I have yet to make anything of hers that I don't love! |

Location: nearby | One of my all-time favorites is the Pioneer Woman's recipe for Texas Chocolate Sheet cake. I made it last week and it was so good. I also really like anything with peanut butter. This recipe has the very same ingredients as her chocolate sheet cake except for omitting the cocoa and adding the peanut butter. I plan to make the peanut butter one soon. I can hardly wait. Thanks for sharing this recipe. I think I will omit the chocolate chips on top. |

The actual recipe says to sprinkle peanuts on top--I modified with the chips so you do whatever you like! |

I'm making this cake this morning. Since I don't have little chocolate chips, I'm going to take some big chocolate chips and make them smaller. I love peanut butter and chocolate...peanuts and chocolate too!
ETA: I put crushed/smashed peanut M&M's on mine...I can't wait to try it!
