It's been a long time since I've entered through 800-54-RODEO, please refresh my memory. It is like procom? Do you give preferences and then they give you a call back time? Or is it like other amateur rodeos and they tell you what is available while you are on the phone? Thanks!!

Rodeo Sports Network 1-800-54-RODEO (1-800-547-6336) ? Have your NHSRA membership card number and the preference menu available. The preference menu will indicate the dates and times to call in for a specific rodeo and can be found on the LHSRA website. ? Before calling ? know which performance or slack you are going to request. ? If you are “buddying” with another contestant(s) ? If you are entering the optional jackpot (applies to High School only) ? Call Rodeo Sports Network – a real person will answer. Follow her prompts and provide all necessary information. She will review the entry information with you and issue a confirmation number. ? Write down your confirmation number. Also, ALL conversations are recorded as documentation for you as well as RSN. If there is a problem with your entry both the confirmation number and recording will be used to verify your entry. ? The draw will be posted late Wednesday afternoon on www.rodeosportsnetwork.com and also on www.lhsra.info ? Once the draw is posted, check it carefully. If you feel there is a problem, you may call RSN to follow up within office hours. Have your confirmation number available. Office hours are Monday – Friday 9am to 4pm. (these are not call in hours) ? For High School contestants wishing to enter the optional jackpot, you MUST enter the jackpot at time of call in. If you are not indicated as jackpotting on the draw by the red asterisk you must call RSN to get it corrected. Jackpot entries WILL NOT be taken at the rodeo. ? DRAW OUTS- You may draw out of the rodeo or a single event without any penities by Thursday at 4p.m. by calling RSN. After 4 pm Thursday all entries are final and contestants are responsible for their fees. ? Again, please remember to check the draw carefully. If there are any problems or discrepancies please contact Rodeo Sports Network. (1-800-547-6336). Have your confirmation number when you call. Remember the books are closed and the draw is final as of noon Wednesday. Only corrections or draw outs can be made, not changes!
