Location: Mi | Has anyone bought a hat from them on here? What was your experience? I purchased one back in October, was told it would be here sometime in February, I got it the end of March. I understand its custom made, it might take longer, so ok no big deal. Well I put it on and it doesn't fit at all. To big, and the center crease comes down so far into the hat that it hits the top of my head before the hat even attemps to set down on my head, if that makes any sesne. I've sent the hat back, they are suppose "fix it". Just got a call from them, saying that they didn't get any of the pictures I emailed them, asking if I could reemail and they want to raise the crown up in the back more, and keep it the same hight in the front. NO thats not how I wanted it, I want just a "normal" crease down the center. I asked them 20x before I bought it to make sure it would fit, they could shape it like my old hat etc. because my old hat fits. They assured me yes. So now I have a custom hat, that doesn't fit and can't be returned (which wasn't mentioned to me when I ordered it). So I was curious what kind of luck anyone else had with them. Thanks!!

Location: Smack Dab in the Middle | My husband won't buy a hat from anyone else, but we always buy either at a trade show, or in OKC. I've bought a stock hat from Leddy's in Ft Worth, but I had them shape it while I was standing there, and tried it on several times during the shaping. I don't know that I'd attempt to buy one any other way. | |

Location: Mi | Thats what worried me! I've always bought mine and had them shaped while I waited and tried on several times. They measured my head, and told me no to worry it would fit, took pictures of my old hat on and everything.
