I feel like a clown in them. I will try some of the ones yall suggested. I saw the Corral ones on pinterest and I think I may be in love. At least with the look. |

I just wear em around the house when I don't care what I'm walking thru. I will probably look a little harder for some Ariat square toes next time I'm in the market for new boots.
I have square toed Justin's and Ferrini's. Love the Justin's. The Ferrini's are nice, but my feet do not agree with them after a long hard day.
My husband HATED the square toe "trend" for sooo long. He despised them... and then one day he tried a pair on, bought them and has yet to buy another paid of round toes. |

We are in the same boat! My poor ariat round toes, that I wear like muck boots, are falling apart at the seams. And my husband too thought the square toes looked goofy so I about fell off my horse the other day when he said he wanted a pair. He wears a size 14! I cant even imagine what square toes would look like on a foot that big. Prob have to get them custom made, lol... Anyways sounds like Justins are the ones I should look for as my everyday riders and then I will buy a pair of Corrals for my pretty date night boots. |

| I have extremely narrow feet with a high arch.
In the boot world you get what you pay for and I now own 2 pairs of Boulet and 4 pairs of Lucchese. You may want to be careful with the Ariats ... I have had really bad luck with them and had more than one pair fall apart on me ... Just my experience. Anderson Bean makes a nice boot but it is too wide for my foot. My everyday work/play/ride boots are square toe Boulet. I have redone the soles on them twice now and I LOVE them.
The Lucchese are fabulous and an investment ... but they LAST forever. Their customer service is impeccable and I will buy more. Currently, 2 pairs are round toe and 2 pairs are square and I love them all! The first pair of Lucchese were bought at the Denver Stock show over 10 years ago. I still wear them, ride in them, go to work, work livestock, show livestock and more in them. I have redone the soles on that pair 3 times and I will keep them forever! |

| square toe boulet! I started wearing square toe several years ago and it did take a bit to get used to them, but after that I was hooked! I only have one pair of round toe left and after they are worn out, I won't be buying any more round toe! I LOVE boulet, they fit my feet so well and are very comfortable even when pounding the pavement at a fair, or in town shopping! I've tried other brands and was disappointed. You can get them at alot of places, but I like to keep a eye out on sales and keep an extra pair stashed... rods and elis western wear are just a few of the places I check |

Do the boulet run true to size or do you get a size up or down. Ex. I wear a 7 1/2 in every day stilettos and 8 in round toe ariats however the 8 I have in square toe ariats are too big. I would just go try them but there are no close boot stores and ordering online is so much more cost effective & fun. =) |

We're all in the same predicament! I have a pair of six year old Ariat Heritage Buckaroo round toe boots and I just can't bring myself to get a different pair - they've held up so well and I love them so much. Plus they stopped making them a few years back so there's no hope of finding another pair like it. |

Tell me about Double H boots. I am looking into a pair. I talked to a lady that had on a pair that had some sort of gel insert in the sole. She loved them. Said she wears them all day and her feet don't hurt. Was thinking about getting a pair for riding/showing in. |

My go-to riding boots: couple pair of square toe justin bent rails. Not much cushion but I like them.
Everyday work/muck boots: round toe twisted x all around (ugly but feel like a tennis shoe on)
Dressy boots: corral square toe
On a side note, if we're giving opinions on brands, I refuse Ariats because mine never lasted. |

Though, I don't do any work in them bc it will ruin them. I never felt like I had to break them in. I did go back and forth on them and tried them on several different times because I had never had square toes before. I love square and round toe but I think the square is more comfortable. |

I don' know if this has been mentioned since I haven't read every post but if you go square you will need to get a smaller size since there is more toe room than in a round toe.
I have always wore a 7 in everything but can get a 6 1/2 in square toes.
I wil NEVER go back to a round toe boot EVER! |

they run pretty true to size. I have tried on ariats (square toes) in both 9 and 9.5 and the 9.5 fit me better, I can wear 9 in the square toe boulet, but prefer the 9.5 because I wear thick boot socks. The best thing would be to try them on if you can, but some places do take returns if you wanted to order online one of each size and then just send the one pair back that didn't work. |
