Believe it or not, we have a snow day here in Northern Ontario! We are expecting 25-30cms of snow(ie a foot). I guess I can catch-up on my classroom planning but I think I will move to a warmer place soon -_- any teaching jobs or biologist jobs in TX, AZ or GA

I agree with super trooper... Well I haven't seen the snow in my part of northern ontario (it's been rain). I'm sick of it already. I'm just happy I'm not quite as far north as you girl! Lol. Lake effect hasn't kicked in here either yet. (Crossing my fingers it won't).

Ok, you are in Ontario and getting rain. We are in Iowa and I believe over the course of the winter from Dec. to Mar. we got somewhere in the neighborhood of 60+ inches of snow.

Eta: that's the snow banks on my road on Wednesday.... Still taller then May car and it's been melting.

But it did flurry here this morning. All I want is Spring!
We got another 9" or so of snow last night...girls are home on a snow day again...But supposed to be 50's and 60's for temps here all next week! It might be spring yet, I am hopeful!
Please send it down here to AZ! We didn't have a winter to speak of and are TERRIBLY in need of moisture. It's too hot already. I wish I could move somewhere green...and cold!
Lol ofcoarse there isnt a lake effect haha. Lake Superior is frozen! Lived un tbay years and never saw the lake freeze. My inlaws just came back from wintering in az and keep talking about how nice the weather was.
