Ok so I think I have started to figure out more of what I need for my filly. I need something with a rounder skirt(she is short coupled) The best way I can describe her is 15hh and built like a pony(but not a cob-type pony) I tried a FQHB billy cook and the bar angles were perfect but it was too wide. Like her shoulders flare out quite a bit. I also need a saddle that is flatter for her back but not super wide. Her back really isnt as wide as it looks in the pics. So basically, a pony saddle. I also inserted a picture of her momma so you guys can see how wide she will probably mature She is really immature for her age...slow growing family

I think we are looking for the same saddle! I just posted about my saddle fitting issues. I have a 13.3 hand pony, but built like a horse. Also thinking I need a round skirt and something that is flatter.
