Location: ND | Just brought home my new pair of chinks this week. My dad built them for me. Every single part of them is done by hand, even the stitching, as he will not machine stitch any of his leather work. They're a chocolate brown with the accents being cream, fringe is double layered the brown & cream. I LOVE THEM!!!!!!

I might be a little biased but I think his work is awesome.....really glad I don't have to pay what work like this is REALLY worth! Here's more of a close up.

Location: Missouri | Those are a work of art themselves! Not to steal the thread, but what does he use to cut the rounded edges? Under the dots along the fringe I mean. Getting ready to make daughter a vest for an upcoming pageant and been trying to figure this out. I have craft scissors that do this, but they are lousy on even construction paper LOL. Thanks!! |

He has a punch that is basically a semi circle that he uses to cut each scallop. |
