I think I need to try a different saddle. My martin all around is wanting to slip sideways on my colt. so I know its either too wide down at the bottom of the bars or the "rock" of the bars is wrong. I found a Cecil Phillips for sale. Do they fit colts? He is a smaller 14.3 h 950 lbs cow bred, not really defined withers but they are not mutton imo. I'll try to take some pics of him today

Hey my rodeo horse is built the same way. She's 950, 14.3 has whithers but has shoulders too. Everything was slipping on her.... I had to get a Cecil Phillips for her. Mines a 6.5" gullet, nothing else would fit her. Every saddle I put on her rolled. Hope this helps.
