| I tried to do some research but I couldn't come up with the right keywords to find what I wanted. i would like to start making my own grain, im not entirely sure where to begin, I've had the recommendation of 2/3 oats (rolled and whole), then 1/3 barley and cracked corn. Then add renew gold and some herbs. Just curious if many others have had experience making grain for their horses. |

| I buy from the local feed store in bulk. My mix is half oats, 25% rolled barley, 25% beet pulp. I add Liquid 707 so they are getting what they need. I also feed Forco. Some horses are supplemented as needed with Muscle Mass or AE Detox, but most don't need it. I love this program--everything looks really good after a couple months and it is way cheaper than bagged feeds with similar ingredients, and it is always clean and fresh. |

Do you wet your feed when feeding? |

| Renew gold is intended to be fed alone or with a small amount of grain. I feed 1 1/2 lbs if renew gold with 1lb triple crown Sr a day. Then give Timothy/alfalfa hay. I do add Platinum Perfornance for my supplement. |
