I'm wondering whaet the difference in the bars were between the crown C and the Lynn Mckenzie Special. My special fits my mare great, just doesn't fit me and am looking into different options. Thanks!

Crown c it is best to have your horse fitted.

I find that the regular crown c has a lot of rock, so your horse has to have a good set of withers or the saddle can dip down and throw you forward.

Also they aren't for everyone, as you sit square not on your pockets and if you don't get the right seat size it can throw people forward.

I would personally ask Lynn or watch her videos about explaining her saddles if you want a better understanding of them. The special is the most popular tree; she also has the wide and the nueva. Lynn was great to work with as far as figuring out what would fit my horse. She sent a saddle to me to try and I bought it off her, which is the nueva. I am not much help when it comes to crown c because I went with a LM due to the cutout for my roach backed horse. Good luck!
