| Won the 1st round at the DNCFR and was 2nd (I think) in the average in Guthrie Oklahoma, then hi tailed it up to Lincoln and spanked us all good in the Bonus Race with a 16.001! Second was a 16.3something...
You go June! Anyone have it on video? I missed it |

Location: Texas | What an amazing woman! I pray I can still go when I get to be her age. Heck I just hope I can get on a horse and trail ride at that age let alone make a scorching run. Truley an inspiration |

Location: NE Texas | June is my hero....CindyT sent me a pic last week of the back of June's t-shirt that said, "Watch out for old ladies riding fast horses." She's very much an inspiration, and horse is special. Not easy to handle or to be around, but very talented and June does a great job with him! |

I found on Facebook that Abby's mount for that run is a half sibling to June's. What a cool story and what awesome mounts. |

Location: DUMPING CATS AND PIGS IN TEXAS :) | That lady is the bomb! I swear I tell myself all the time, if June Holeman can do it, I can......but, not about actually barrel racing lol.....oh no, just about simple things like saddling a horse or actually getting on the horse. She is such an inspiration to so many people. Pretty awesome. |

How does it always cost for you to do these things. I might want to see Grasshoppers pedigree again too. How much extra is that my friend? Thank you Jen for posting the pedigree. |

Location: Golden Gulf Coast of Texas | I just love her! What gets me is I have seen ladies still riding a few years younger than her and they were decent hands but June just really sets her horses nice! Also the other ladies were using aids to stay in the saddle! Congrats to her and hope to see her back at the NFR |

Abby isn't June's granddaughter. She is living in NE now because she works for June. She calls her Grandma, as many of her fans do. And yes, the mare Abby won 2nd on came from June as well. |

Yes, Abby is her granddaughter. I know them both personally. June does have a new hired gal--but it is not Abby. |
