I currently am feeding platinum to my mares with a combination of oats and barley but would like to add a little extra fat. Does anybody feed these two products together? Thanks!

I feed platinum also but I don't have any experience with Renew Gold. I feed rolled oats and wet cob with the platinum and for added fat i feed rice bran. When I mix my grain I use a bit of water to help bind everything together so then the horses can chew and swallow the rice bran more easily...If I don't mix with water they usually end up scraping the rice bran out of their lips but needless to say I think the rice bran really helps out and it also makes them super shiny!!!
No problem using Platinum with Renew Gold. Most customers that are using both feed the Platinum at a slightly lower rate. I find that there are some supplement companies who do not provide exactly what they say they do. That is not the case with Platinum. They provide a very well made product line. Renew Gold is not just about adding fat. The purpose is to allow the digestive to be naturally functional to its genetic potential.
