Just keep in mind that not all things found in an inspection are "deal breakers" and some are easily fixed. However, they do give you some bargaining room with the sellers.

Definitely! We are not afraid of a little work...especially with what we are getting and for the price. 6 acres, two barns, shelter in the big pasture and almost the whole property is fenced...on a quiet road. Only 5 minutes farther to work for me and 30 minutes closer for SO! The home was built in 1900 but has been completely updated. We are feeling extremely blessed right now and excited!

How could I not post pictures? I'll look thru the ones I have and post a few but I wills definitely add more once we get in there and as we decorate! :)

It's super muddy in these pics...we had a ton of snow then it got warm and melted and then rained for a week straight. It's not large but it's perfect for us now and we always have the possibility to add on in the future. 6 acres. Big enough barn for my 5 stalls(which is good) if I had more room if just fill it :) also we have a small chicken barn with fenced area and a small pig barn with fenced area. Oh and a run in type barn in the pasture. Hope my pics satisfy for now ;)
