What makes them restricted to certain user accounts? I wanted to hear about the WTP bits..I'm thinking about buying one but I can't see the tread...can someone tell me why?? Thanks

Location: TN		Check with the mods....I saw where one of the temp mods accidentally zapped something she didn't mean to.  She wasn't sure which thread it even was so she said to ask if any questions....can't remember the user name but check for the thread about the accidental zap....
